     He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).2 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Engineers.2

     Patrick Edmund Pery, 6th Earl of Limerick was born on 12 April 1930.1 He was the son of Edmund Colquhoun Pery, 5th Earl of Limerick and Angela Olivia Trotter.2 He married Sylvia Rosalind Lush, daughter of Brigadier Maurice Stanley Lush, on 22 April 1961.1 He died on 8 January 2003 at age 72.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was registered as a Chartered Accountant (C.A.)      Sylvia Rosalind Lush is the daughter of Brigadier Maurice Stanley Lush.1 She married Patrick Edmund Pery, 6th Earl of Limerick, son of Edmund Colquhoun Pery, 5th Earl of Limerick and Angela Olivia Trotter, on 22 April 1961.1
     She graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 Her married name became Pery. As a result of her marriage, Sylvia Rosalind Lush was styled as Countess of Limerick on 4 August 1967. She was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1991.1 She lived in 2003 at Chiddinglye, West Hoathly, Sussex, England.1 She lived in 2003 at 30 Victoria Road, London, England.1
