     Sophia Coussmaker, Baroness de Clifford was born on 4 November 1791.2 She was the daughter of Colonel George Klein Hayward Coussmaker and Hon. Catherine Southwell.2 She was baptised on 30 November 1791 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone, London, England.2 She married Commander John Russell, son of Lord William Russell and Lady Charlotte Anne Villiers, on 21 August 1822 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.2 She died on 3 January 1874 at age 82 at 14 Lewes Crescent, Brighton, Sussex, England.2 Her will was probated on 12 February 1874, at under £100,000.2
      Her married name became Russell. She succeeded to the title of 22nd Baroness de Clifford [E., 1299] on 4 May 1833, suo jure.2

     Colonel George Klein Hayward Coussmaker married Hon. Catherine Southwell, daughter of Edward Southwell, 20th Lord Clifford and Sophia Campbell, on 13 November 1790.3 He died on 11 July 1801.3
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 1st Guards.1

     Hon. Catherine Southwell was the daughter of Edward Southwell, 20th Lord Clifford and Sophia Campbell.1 She married Colonel George Klein Hayward Coussmaker on 13 November 1790.2 She died on 19 July 1801.3

      Her married name became Oakeley. She succeeded to the title of Baroness de Clifford in 1874.2

     Edward Southwell Russell, 23rd Lord de Clifford was born on 30 April 1824.1 He was the son of Commander John Russell and Sophia Coussmaker, Baroness de Clifford.1 He was baptised on 27 May 1824 at Ratley, Warwickshire, England.1 He married Harriet Agnes Elliot, daughter of Admiral Sir Charles Elliot and Clara Genevieve Windsor, on 31 March 1853 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.1 He died on 6 August 1877 at age 53 at Kirkby Mallory, Leicestershire, England.1 His will was probated on 27 September 1877, at under £90,000.1
     He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Tavistock between 1847 and 1852.1 He succeeded to the title of 23rd Lord de Clifford [E., 1299] on 3 January 1874.1
