     Crosbie Ward was born on 10 February 1833.¹ He was the son of Reverend Hon. Henry Ward and Anne Mahon.¹ He married Margaret Townsend, daughter of James Townsend, on 13 January 1857.¹ He died on 10 November 1867 at age 34.¹

     Margaret Townsend was the daughter of James Townsend.¹ She married, firstly, Crosbie Ward, son of Reverend Hon. Henry Ward and Anne Mahon, on 13 January 1857.¹ She married, secondly, John George Cooke on 2 July 1868.² She died on 14 December 1912.¹
      From 13 January 1857, her married name became Ward.¹ From 2 July 1868, her married name became Cooke.²

     Roger Fitzhardinge Gage was born on 5 March 1868.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Hon. Edward Thomas Gage and Ella Henrietta Maxse.¹ He died on 17 July 1904 at age 36, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 4th Battalion, Liverpool Regiment.¹ He was Consul to Rouen and Cherbourg.¹

     Captain James Seton Drummond Gage was born on 28 June 1870.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Hon. Edward Thomas Gage and Ella Henrietta Maxse.¹ He married Beatrice Eleanor Genevieve White, daughter of John Reginald Grahame White and Ada Beatrice Chinnock, on 20 August 1927.¹ He died on 25 May 1952 at age 81, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He fought in the Dongola Expedition in 1896.¹ He fought in the Boer War, including the defence of Ladysmith.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1914 in the service of the Hampshire Yeomanry.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹
