     Nichola Carew was born on 26 April 1930.¹ She is the daughter of Peter Gawen Carew and Ruth Chamberlain.² She married, firstly, Charles Louis Breitmeyer, son of Lt.-Col. Gabriel Charles Alan Breitmeyer, on 29 November 1950.³ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Sir George Arnold Ford Kennard, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Coleridge Arthur Fitzroy Kennard, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Katherine Barclay, in 1985.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Sir George Arnold Ford Kennard, 3rd Bt. were divorced in 1992.¹ She and Charles Louis Breitmeyer were divorced in 1968.¹
     From 29 November 1950, her married name became Breitmeyer. On 1968 her name was legally changed to Carew.¹ From 1985, her married name became Kennard. She lived in 2003 at Gogwell, Tiverton, Devon, England.¹

     Hugh Coleridge Downing Kennard was born on 15 May 1859.³ He was the son of Coleridge John Kennard and Ellen Georgiana Rowe.² He married Helen Wyllie, daughter of James Wyllie, on 7 September 1883.³ He died on 9 April 1886 at age 26.
     Hugh Coleridge Downing Kennard gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Grenadier Guards.³

     Helen Wyllie was the daughter of James Wyllie.¹ She married, firstly, Hugh Coleridge Downing Kennard, son of Coleridge John Kennard and Ellen Georgiana Rowe, on 7 September 1883.² She married, secondly, James Lawrence Carew in 1896.³ She died on 21 April 1928.³

     Coleridge John Kennard was born on 6 October 1828.³ He was the son of John Peirse Kennard and Sophia Chapman.² He married Ellen Georgiana Rowe, daughter of Captain John Wilkinson Rowe, on 20 July 1858.³ He died on 25 December 1890 at age 62.³
     Coleridge John Kennard held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of London.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Salisbury between 1882 and 1885.³ He lived at Fernhill, Hampshire, England.¹ He died just as he was about to be created a baronet.¹

     Ellen Georgiana Rowe was the daughter of Captain John Wilkinson Rowe. She married Coleridge John Kennard, son of John Peirse Kennard and Sophia Chapman, on 20 July 1858.¹ She died on 10 December 1916.¹
     Her married name became Kennard. Circa 1891 she was granted the rank of a baronet's wife.²

     John Peirse Kennard was born on 25 October 1798.³ He was the son of John Kennard and Harriet Elizabeth Peirse.² He married Sophia Chapman, daughter of Sir John Chapman, on 8 January 1828.³ He died on 3 May 1877 at age 78.³
     A banker.³ He lived at Upper Gatton Park, Reigate, Surrey, England.³ He lived at Walthamstow, Essex, England.¹ He lived at Hordle Cliff, Hampshire, England.³ He also had three daughters.¹

     Sophia Chapman is the daughter of Sir John Chapman.² She married John Peirse Kennard, son of John Kennard and Harriet Elizabeth Peirse, on 8 January 1828.³
