     Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Wilfred Hargreaves John Erskine, 4th Bt. was born on 27 May 1880. He was the son of Sir ffolliott William Erskine of Cambo, 3rd Bt. and Grace Hargreaves.2 He married Magdalen Janet Anstruther, daughter of Sir Ralph William Anstruther of Balcaskie, 6th Bt. and Mildred Harriet Hussey, on 14 August 1911.1 He died on 29 April 1944 at age 63.
     Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Wilfred Hargreaves John Erskine, 4th Bt. was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He gained the title of 4th Baronet Erskine, of Cambo.1
