     Hon. Eric Beauchamp Northcliffe Harmsworth was born on 28 August 1905.¹ He was the son of Cecil Bisshopp Harmsworth, 1st Baron Harmsworth and Emilie Alberta Mallet.¹ He married, firstly, Hélène Marie Dehove, daughter of Colonel Jules Raymond Dehove, on 15 June 1935.¹ He married, secondly, Helen Gordon Loch, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Granville George Loch, on 4 April 1964.¹ He died in 1988.¹
     Hon. Eric Beauchamp Northcliffe Harmsworth was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was Press Censor with the Ministry of Infomation during the Second World War.¹ He was invested as a Fellow, London College of Music (F.L.C.M.).¹

     Hélène Marie Dehove was the daughter of Colonel Jules Raymond Dehove.¹ She married Hon. Eric Beauchamp Northcliffe Harmsworth, son of Cecil Bisshopp Harmsworth, 1st Baron Harmsworth and Emilie Alberta Mallet, on 15 June 1935.¹ She died on 21 June 1962.¹

     Hon. Daphne Cecil Rosemary Harmsworth was born on 7 July 1901.¹ She is the daughter of Cecil Bisshopp Harmsworth, 1st Baron Harmsworth and Emilie Alberta Mallet.¹ She married, firstly, Captain Colin David Brodie, son of George James Brodie, on 14 March 1928.¹ She and Captain Colin David Brodie were divorced in 1937.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Harold Macnelle Dixon, son of William Macnelle Dixon, on 12 May 1938.¹ She died on 24 October 1993 at age 92.¹
     From 14 March 1928, her married name became Brodie. From 12 May 1938, her married name became Dixon.¹

     Patricia Palmer Horsley is the daughter of Michael Palmer Horsley.¹ She married Thomas Harold Raymond Harmsworth, 3rd Baron Harmsworth, son of Hon. Eric Beauchamp Northcliffe Harmsworth and Hélène Marie Dehove, on 26 June 1971.¹
     Her married name became Harmsworth. As a result of her marriage, Patricia Palmer Horsley was styled as Baroness Harmsworth in 1990.
