     Judith von Bayern was born circa 1100. She was the daughter of Heinrich IX Herzog von Bayern and Wolfhildis von Sachsen. She married Friedrich II Herzog von Schwaben, son of Friedrich I Hohenstaufen, Duke of Swabia and Agnes von Waiblingen, Princess of the Holy Roman Empire, before 1123.1 She died after 1130, on a 22nd February.

     Emily Caroline McClintock was born in 1820.2 She was the daughter of Henry McClintock and Elizabeth Melesina Fleury.1 She married, firstly, Captain Charles Henry Paget, son of Vice-Admiral Hon. Sir Charles Paget and Elizabeth Araminta Monck, on 24 January 1840.1 She married, secondly, Captain John Ballard Gardiner on 19 July 1848.1 She died in 1892.2
     From 24 January 1840, her married name became Paget.1 From 19 July 1848, her married name became Gardiner.1

     Henry McClintock was born on 28 September 1783.1 He is the son of John McClintock and Patience Foster.2 He married Elizabeth Melesina Fleury, daughter of Reverend George Louis Fleury and Isabella Weekes, in December 1809.1 He died on 27 February 1843 at age 59.1
     He gained the rank of officer in the 3rd Dragoon Guards.1

John McClintock1

     John McClintock was born on 1 January 1742.2 He is the son of John McClintock and Susannah Maria Chambers.3 He married Patience Foster, daughter of William Foster and Patience Fowke, on 11 May 1766.2 He died in February 1799 at age 57.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Enniskillen [Ireland] between 1783 and 1790.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Belturbet [Ireland] between 1790 and 1797.2 He lived at Drumcar, County Louth, IrelandG.2 He had two other daughters.2
