     Charles Allsopp, 3rd Baron Hindlip of Hindlip was born on 22 September 1877.1 He was the son of Samuel Charles Allsopp, 2nd Baron Hindlip of Hindlip and Georgiana Millicent Palmer-Morewood.2 He married Agatha Lillian Thynne, daughter of John Charles Thynne and Mary Elizabeth Mac Gregor, on 19 April 1904.1 He died on 2 December 1931 at age 54.1
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Hindlip of Hindlip, co. Worcester and of Alsop-en-le-Dale, co. Derby [U.K., 1886] on 12 July 1897.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Allsopp [U.K., 1880] on 12 July 1897.1 He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 8th Hussars.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Victoria.1 He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He was educated Fellow, Zoological Society (F.Z.S.)1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Derbyshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Worcestershire.1

     Charles Samuel Victor Allsopp, 4th Baron Hindlip of Hindlip was born on 5 November 1906.1 He was the son of Charles Allsopp, 3rd Baron Hindlip of Hindlip and Agatha Lillian Thynne.1 He married, firstly, Bridget Nickols, daughter of Harold Nickols, on 23 February 1932.1 He and Bridget Nickols were divorced in 1934.2 He married, secondly, Hansina Elfrida Cecilia Karr-Harris, daughter of Frederick William Harris, on 16 February 1939.2 He died on 30 March 1966 at age 59, without male issue.2
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Allsopp [U.K., 1880] on 2 December 1931.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Hindlip of Hindlip, co. Worcester and of Alsop-en-le-Dale, co. Derby [U.K., 1886] on 2 December 1931.1

     Bridget Nickols is the daughter of Harold Nickols.1 She married Charles Samuel Victor Allsopp, 4th Baron Hindlip of Hindlip, son of Charles Allsopp, 3rd Baron Hindlip of Hindlip and Agatha Lillian Thynne, on 23 February 1932.2 She and Charles Samuel Victor Allsopp, 4th Baron Hindlip of Hindlip were divorced in 1934.1
     After her marriage, Bridget Nickols was styled as Baroness Hindlip of Hindlip on 23 February 1932. From 23 February 1932, her married name became Allsopp.

     Hansina Elfrida Cecilia Karr-Harris was the daughter of Frederick William Harris.1 She married Charles Samuel Victor Allsopp, 4th Baron Hindlip of Hindlip, son of Charles Allsopp, 3rd Baron Hindlip of Hindlip and Agatha Lillian Thynne, on 16 February 1939.1 She died in 1988.1
     Hansina Elfrida Cecilia Karr-Harris also went by the nick-name of Tulla.1 After her marriage, Hansina Elfrida Cecilia Karr-Harris was styled as Baroness Hindlip of Hindlip on 16 February 1939. From 16 February 1939, her married name became Allsopp.
