Cassandra Agnes Chamberlayne was the daughter of Edmund Chamberlayne. She married Captain Sir John Hamilton, 1st Bt., son of John Hamilton and Mary Wright, on 3 October 1783. She died on 26 October 1821.

Admiral Sir Charles Hamilton, 1st Bt. was born on 25 May 1767. He was the son of Captain Sir John Hamilton, 1st Bt. and Cassandra Agnes Chamberlayne. He married Henrietta Martha Drummond, daughter of George Drummond and Martha Harley, on 19 April 1803. He died on 14 September 1849 at age 82.
Admiral Sir Charles Hamilton, 1st Bt. gained the title of 1st Baronet Hamilton, of Trebinshun. He gained the rank of Admiral in the service of the Royal Navy.

Hester Clere Parsons was born on 22 February 1920. She was the daughter of Rev. Canon Richard Edward Parsons and Hester Katherine Drummond.1 She married David Hastings Gerald Russell, son of Hon. Sir Odo William Theophilus Villiers Russell and Countess Marie Louise Rex, on 8 June 1940.1 She died on 16 March 2007 at age 87 at Hastings, Sussex, England.2
