     John Pryse Howell Lovenden Pryse was born on 12 March 1897.1 He was the son of Sir Lewes Thomas Lovedon Pryse, 3rd Bt. and Florence Madeline Howell.1 He married, firstly, Enid Gwen Pollock Horne, daughter of Henry Walters Horne, on 18 March 1918.1 He and Enid Gwen Pollock Horne were divorced in 1932.1 He married, secondly, Cordula Martha Maria Kirchner, daughter of Alexander Kirchner, on 20 April 1932.1 He died on 17 June 1934 at age 37.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Glamorgan Yeomanry.1

     Her married name became Holland.1 From 18 March 1918, her married name became Pryse.1
