     Elsie Margaret Mary Hamilton-Dalrymple was born on 10 June 1922.2 She was the daughter of Sir Hew Clifford Hamilton-Dalrymple of North Berwick, 9th Bt. and Ann Dorothea Dyce Nicol Thorne.1,2 She married Major Martin Antony Gibbs, son of Colonel William Otter Gibbs and Janet Blanche Gibbs, on 17 January 1947.1 She died on 4 February 2012 at age 89.
     Her married name became Gibbs. She lived in 1999 at Sheldon Manor, Chippenham, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1
