     Hon. Richard Bruce Holroyd Pearce was born on 12 May 1930.¹ He was the son of Edward Holroyd Pearce, Baron Pearce and Erica Priestman.¹ He married Doreen Mary Smiith-Pert, daughter of George James Smiith-Pert, on 26 July 1958.¹ He died in 1987.²
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, London, England^G.¹ He was educated at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1955 entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹ He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1955 entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹

     Doreen Mary Smiith-Pert is the daughter of George James Smiith-Pert.¹ She married Hon. Richard Bruce Holroyd Pearce, son of Edward Holroyd Pearce, Baron Pearce and Erica Priestman, on 26 July 1958.¹
     From 26 July 1958, her married name became Pearce.¹

     George James Smiith-Pert lived at The White House, Tyrrells Wood, Leatherhead, Surrey, England.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Aeronautical Society (F.R.Ae.S.)¹
