     Ebenezer Blackwell was born on 22 October 1711 at Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.2 He was the son of John Blackwell and Elizabeth Freeman.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Moland before 1 January 1746.2 He married, secondly, Mary Eden, daughter of Reverend Robert Eden and Martha Lowth, in 1774.1 He died on 21 April 1782 at age 70.2
     He lived at Lombard Street, London, EnglandG, a banker.1
