     Stewart Stevenson Moore was the son of Reverend John S. Moore.¹ He married Emma Louisa Mackworth-Praed, daughter of Winthrop Mackworth-Praed and Louisa Ewing, on 25 July 1901.¹ He died on 28 March 1951.¹
     He held the office of Second Deemster of the Isle of Man between 1900 and 1905.¹ He held the office of First Deemster of the Isle of Man between 1905 and 1921.¹

     Reverend John S. Moore was Vicar at Dagenham, Essex, England.¹
