     William George Broadbent Schofield was the son of Captain George Arthur Schofield.¹ He married Hon. Armyne Margaret Astley, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Albert Edward Delavel Astley, 21st Lord Hastings and Lady Marguerite Helen Nevill, on 16 August 1933.¹ He died in 1987.¹
