     Thomas Frederick North was born on 17 January 1942.1 He is the son of Roger North and Pamela Susan O'Rorke.2 He married Sally Catherine Strover, daughter of Lt.-Col. George Miles Strover, on 10 August 1974.1
     Thomas Frederick North was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1966 entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He lived in 2003 at Rougham Hal, King's Lynn, Norfolk, England.1
