     George Septimus Sanderson was born circa 1819 at Claines, Worcestershire, England.1 He was the son of Edward Sanderson and Harriot Hales.1 He married Frances Ward Monkton, daughter of John Monkton and Sarah Robe, in 1853 at St. Pancras, London, England.1 He died on 21 November 1889 at 8 Markham Square, Chelsea, London, England.1

     From 6 June 1807, her married name became Sanderson.1
