     Francis Charles Adelbert Henry Needham, 4th Earl of Kilmorey was born on 26 November 1883.1 He was the son of Francis Charles Needham, 3rd Earl of Kilmorey and Ellen Constance Baldock.2 He married Lady Norah Frances Hastings, daughter of Lt.-Col. Warner Francis John Plantagenet Hastings, 15th Earl of Huntingdon and Maud Margaret Wilson, on 10 February 1920.2 He died on 11 January 1961 at age 77.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Down in 1913.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 1st Life Guards.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Earl of Kilmorey [I., 1822] on 28 July 1915.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Viscount Newry and Mourne, co. Down [I., 1822] on 28 July 1915.1 He succeeded to the title of 15th Viscount Kilmorey, in Queen's Co.      Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Francis Needham was born on 29 January 1942.1 He is the son of Francis Jack Richard Patrick Needham, 5th Earl of Kilmorey and Helen Bridget Fandel-Phillips.1 He married Sigrid Juliane Thiessen-Gairdner, daughter of Ernest Thiessen, on 5 June 1965.1
     He was educated in 1952 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of the Somerset County Council between 1967 and 1974.1 He was chairman of RGM Print Holdings between 1967 and 1985.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Viscount Newry and Mourne, co. Down [I., 1822] on 12 April 1977.2 He succeeded to the title of 17th Viscount Kilmorey, in Queen's Co. [I., 1625] on 12 April 1977.2 He succeeded to the title of 6th Earl of Kilmorey [I., 1822] on 12 April 1977, although he does not use his title.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
