     Diana Joan Younger was born on 29 July 1919.² She was the daughter of Sir William Robert Younger, 2nd Bt. and Joan Gwendoline Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone.¹ She married, firstly, William Francis Brinsley Le Poer Trench, 8th Earl of Clancarty, son of William Frederick Le Poer Trench, 5th Earl of Clancarty and Mary Gwatkin Ellis, on 6 June 1940.¹ She and William Francis Brinsley Le Poer Trench, 8th Earl of Clancarty were divorced in 1947.¹ She married, secondly, Hanford Wentworth Eldredge, son of Hanford Wentworth Eldredge, on 21 April 1947 at Hanover, Grafton County, New Hampshire, U.S.A.³ She died on 16 February 1999 at age 79 at New Hampshire, U.S.A.³
     From 6 June 1940, her married name became Le Poer Trench.¹ From 21 April 1947, her married name became Eldredge.
