     Major David Alwyne Carne Rasch was born on 16 September 1922.2 He was the son of Brigadier Guy Elland Carne Rasch and Phyllis Dorothy Lindsay Greville. He married Lady Elizabeth Anne Somerset, daughter of Captain Henry Robert Somers FitzRoy de Vere Somerset and Bettine Violet Malcolm, on 10 November 1953.2 He died on 27 November 2005 at age 83.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He fought in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches.2 He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for Wiltshire.1,2 He lived at Avon Cottage, Lower Woodford, Salisbury, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Heale Stables, Middle Woodford, Wiltshire, England.2

Paul Asquith was born on 4 January 1927.2 He was the son of Cyril Asquith, Baron Asquith of Bishopstone and Anne Stephanie Pollock.1 He married, firstly, Helena Mary Bridgeman, daughter of Brigadier Hon. Geoffrey John Orlando Bridgeman and Mary Meriel Gertrude Talbot, on 18 July 1953.1 He and Helena Mary Bridgeman were divorced in 1963.1 He married, secondly, Caroline Anne Carew Pole, daughter of Sir John Gawen Carew Pole, 12th Bt. and Cynthia Mary Burns, on 16 July 1963.2 He died in 1984.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of officer between 1945 and 1948 in the Coldstream Guards.2
