     Captain Thomas Charles Douglas Whitmore was born on 26 May 1839.² He was the son of Thomas Charlton Whitmore and Lady Louisa Anne Douglas. He married Louisa Margaret Emily Cradock-Hartopp, daughter of Sir William Edmund Cradock-Hartopp, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mary Keane, on 11 May 1867.¹ He died on 16 February 1907 at age 67.²
     He was Captain Royal Horse Guards (The Blues), High Sheriff Leics 1875.² He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.).² Formerly of Apley.² He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) (Leics).² He was educated Eton.² He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.) (Essex).² And Orsett Hall.² He lived Gumley.² In 1867 Leics (which he bought but later sold).² He was Shropshire (which he sold ) in 1867.² He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Horse Guards.¹ He lived at Orsett Hall, Essex, England.¹ He was Essex (which he inherited from Captain Digby Hanmer Richard Wingfield-Baker) in 1884.²

     Thomas Charlton Whitmore was born on 5 January 1807.¹ He was the son of Thomas Whitmore and Catherine Grierson.² He married Lady Louisa Anne Douglas, daughter of Charles Douglas, 6th Marquess of Queensberry and Lady Caroline Scott, on 11 April 1833.¹ He died on 13 March 1865 at age 58.¹
     He lived Apley.¹ He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) Bridgnorth in 1832.¹

     Louisa Margaret Emily Cradock-Hartopp was the daughter of Sir William Edmund Cradock-Hartopp, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mary Keane.² She married Captain Thomas Charles Douglas Whitmore, son of Thomas Charlton Whitmore and Lady Louisa Anne Douglas, on 11 May 1867.¹ She died on 29 November 1892.¹
      Her married name became Whitmore.

     William Dove Usher was born on 10 March 1904.¹ He is the son of Sir Robert Usher, 2nd Bt. and Katherine Scott Turnbull. He married Christa Elizabeth von Tevenar, daughter of Bruno von Tevenar, on 26 April 1939.¹ He died on 2 May 1969 at age 65.¹
     He was educated Uppingham and Clare College Cambridge.¹ He lived at Bedrule, Hawick, Roxburghshire, Scotland.

     Rosemary Margaret Houldsworth was born on 6 September 1939.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Reginald Douglas Henry Houldsworth, 4th Bt. and Margaret May Laurie.¹ She married William John Tevenar Usher, son of William Dove Usher and Christa Elizabeth von Tevenar, on 6 January 1962.¹ She and William John Tevenar Usher were divorced in 1990.¹
      Her married name became Usher.

     William John Tevenar Usher was born on 18 April 1940.² He is the son of William Dove Usher and Christa Elizabeth von Tevenar. He married Rosemary Margaret Houldsworth, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Reginald Douglas Henry Houldsworth, 4th Bt. and Margaret May Laurie, on 6 January 1962.¹ He and Rosemary Margaret Houldsworth were divorced in 1990.¹
     He was also known as 7th Baronet [U.K. Life Peer].² He was educated Uppingham.² William John Tevenar Usher usually went by his middle name of John.² In 1992 married 2nd •Georgina Elizabeth, daughter of Charles Manclark, and by his 1st wife has.² He lived in 2003 at 7 Thorngate Rd, Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg 3201, S Africa.²

     Colonel Sir Francis Henry Douglas Charlton Whitmore, 1st Bt. was born on 20 April 1872.¹ He was the son of Captain Thomas Charles Douglas Whitmore and Louisa Margaret Emily Cradock-Hartopp. He married, firstly, Violet Frances Elisabeth Houldsworth, daughter of Sir William Henry Houldsworth, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Graham Crum, on 28 June 1900.² He married, secondly, Ellis Christense Johnsen, daughter of Knud Christian Johnsen, on 1 October 1931. He died on 12 June 1962 at age 90, by her:.¹

He was Lieutenant 1st Essex Vols Royal Artillery , Major Essex Imp Yeomanry 1901, memb Essex TAA 1908–62 (chm 1929–36, president 1936–62), WW I (despatches four times) as Lieutenant-Colonel cmdg Essex Yeomanry 1915–18 and 10th (PWO) Royal Hussars 1918–19 in 1892.¹ He was Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.¹ He was Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.¹ He was Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1918.¹ He was Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1941.¹ On 28 June 1954 so created.¹ He lived in 2003 at 7 Parc de Bude, Geneva, Switzerland, ZZZ.¹

     Mildred Louisa Lucy Whitmore was born on 30 August 1868.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Thomas Charles Douglas Whitmore and Louisa Margaret Emily Cradock-Hartopp. She married Hugh Bertie Craven, son of John Albert Craven, on 12 June 1899.¹ She died on 17 February 1931 at age 62.¹
      Her married name became Craven.

     Harrietta Streatfeild was the daughter of Captain Robert Streatfeild.¹ She married Charles Craven, son of Charles John Craven and Penelope Wheler, on 13 November 1847.¹ She and Charles Craven were divorced in 1873.¹ She died on 29 May 1917.¹
      From 13 November 1847, her married name became Craven.¹

     John Albert Craven lived at Whilton Lodge, Northamptonshire, England.
