     Alexander Bruce, 4th of Kinnaird is the son of Robert Bruce, 2nd of Kinnaird and Margaret Menteith.¹ He married Helen Bruce.¹

     Henry Bruce, 15th of Clackmannan was the son of Colonel Henry Bruce, 14th of Clackmannan and Jean Bruce.¹ He married Catherine Bruce, daughter of Alexander Bruce of Newton.¹ He died on 8 July 1772.¹

     Helen Bruce married Alexander Bruce, 4th of Kinnaird, son of Robert Bruce, 2nd of Kinnaird and Margaret Menteith.¹

     Catherine Bruce was the daughter of Alexander Bruce of Newton.¹ She married Henry Bruce, 15th of Clackmannan, son of Colonel Henry Bruce, 14th of Clackmannan and Jean Bruce.¹ She died on 4 November 1791.¹

     John Forbes of Newhall is the son of John Forbes of Newhall and Margaret Bruce.¹ He married Annabella Bruce, daughter of Reverend John Bruce of Airth and Jean Bruce.¹
