     Sir Algernon Francis Peyton, 6th Bt. was born on 24 November 1855.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Peyton, 5th Bt. and Lucy Watts.2 He married Ida Fanny Mason, daughter of James Mason, on 11 January 1888.2 He died on 11 April 1916 at age 60.2
     He gained the rank of Master of Arts (M.A.)jor in the Oxfordshire Yeomanry.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Peyton, of Doddington, co. Cambridge [G.B., 1776] on 18 February 1888.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Oxfordshire in 1896.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 11th Hussars.2

     Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Peyton, 5th Bt. was born on 9 July 1817 at London, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Algernon Peyton and Isabella Anne Hussey.2 He married Lucy Watts, daughter of William Watts, on 3 November 1852.1 He died on 18 February 1888 at age 70 at Oxfordshire, England.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Peyton, of Doddington, co. Cambridge [G.B., 1776] on 25 March 1872.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Oxfordshire in 1881.1
