Thomas Cochran1

     Thomas Cochran was born in 1777.1 He was the son of Thomas Cochran and Jane Allan.1 He died on 7 October 1804, drowned in the wreck of the schooner Speedy on the way to hold court at Newcastle, Ontario.2
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1795.2 He held the office of Chief Justice of Prince Edward Island from 1801 to 1802.2
