He died on 15 November 1718 at age 64 at Weida, Germany.

She married Friedrich Heinrich Herzog von Sachsen-Neustadt, son of Moritz I Herzog von Sachsen-Zeitz and Dorothea Marie von Sachsen-Weimar, on 23 April 1699 at Oels, Silesia, Germany. She died on 11 November 1700 at Pegau, Germany.
