     Frances Elizabeth Neilson was born circa 1843.1 She married Arthur Pemberton Heywood-Lonsdale, son of Reverend Henry Gylby Lonsdale and Anna Maria Heywood, on 28 January 1863 at Ackworth Church, Ackworth, Yorkshire, England.1 She died on 14 April 1902 at Cloverley, Whitchurch, Shropshire, England.1
     From 28 January 1863, her married name became Heywood-Lonsdale.1
