     Reverend Thomas Edward Powell was born on 22 August 1823.1 He was the son of David Powell and Grizell Hoare.1 He married Emma Corrie, daughter of Edgar Corrie, on 5 January 1847.1 He died on 8 February 1901 at age 77.1
     Reverend Thomas Edward Powell graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1845 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was the Vicar at Bisham, Berkshire, England.1
