     William Smith was born on 3 May 1721 at Chichester, Sussex, England.1 He was the son of John Smith and Sarah Buckenham.1 He married Anne Vining Heron on 24 November 1783 at St. Marylebone, London, England.1 He died circa 17 October 1803.1 He was buried on 20 October 1803 at Chichester, Sussex, England.1
     He was Treasurer and Paymaster of the Board of Ordnance.1

Arthur Haldimand Prinsep, son of Sir Henry Thoby Prinsep and Sarah Monckton Pattle, circa November 1888 at Westminster, London, England.1 She died on 22 August 1927 at Boscombe, Hampshire, England.1
     From circa February 1877, her married name became Degacher.1 From circa November 1888, her married name became Prinsep.1
