     Philip William Casimir van Straubenzee was born in 1906.1 He was the son of Colonel Arthur Hope van Straubenzee and Mary Rosher.1 He married Suzanne Lea-Wilson, daughter of Lt.-Col. Basil Hugh C. Lea-Wilson and Muriel Lutman, on 4 April 1936.1 He died on 4 February 1940.1

     From 4 April 1936, her married name became van Straubenzee.1

     Maj.-Gen. Sir Casimir Cartwright van Straubenzee was born on 11 November 1867.1 He was the son of Colonel Bowen van Straubenzee and Anne Macaulay Cartwright.1 He married Ethel Purcell Koughnet in 1909.1 He died on 28 March 1956 at age 88.1
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Engineers.1

     Lt.-Col. Charles Turner van Straubenzee was born on 17 June 1876.1 He was the son of Colonel Bowen van Straubenzee and Anne Macaulay Cartwright.1 He married Essy Case in 1907.1 He died on 9 October 1918 at age 42 at France, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Canadian Dragoons.1 He fought in the First World War.1
