     Lt.-Col. Dallas Campbell was the son of John Francis Campbell.² He married Ierne Cecilia Hawkins, daughter of Captain Herbert Reginald Montgomery Hawkins and Hilda Nugent Bankes, on 18 January 1935.¹ He died in 1974.¹

     Her married name became Butters.¹ From 26 January 1933, her married name became Herbert-Spottiswoode.¹

     Henry Terence Lancelot Leslie-Ellis was born on 10 June 1941.¹ He is the son of John Lancelot Leslie-Ellis and Joyce Hilda Hawkins.² He married Madeleine Hockley, daughter of Kenneth Hockley, in 1966.¹
     He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland.¹ He was educated at Gurteen Agricultural College, Tipperary, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹ He was an agriculturist.¹ He lived in 1976 at 9 Bahama Place, Whangarei, New Zealand.¹
