     He was given the name of Eustace Parker at birth.3 He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.2 On 14 August 1920 his name was legally changed to Eustace Parker Bowles by Royal Licence.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire.2 He lived at Far Croft, Market Drayton, Shropshire, England.2

      From 11 June 1913, her married name became Parker. From 14 August 1920, her married name became Parker Bowles.
