     Very Rev. Hon. William Digby was born on 21 January 1733.1 He was the son of Hon. Edward Digby and Charlotte Fox.1 He married Charlotte Cox, daughter of Joseph Cox and Katharine Sophia Herbert, on 14 April 1766.3 He died on 18 September 1788 at age 55.1
     He held the office of Dean of Worcester between 1769 and 1777.3 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 He held the office of Dean of Durham between 1777 and 1788.3

     Charlotte Cox was born in 1743.2 She was the daughter of Joseph Cox and Katharine Sophia Herbert.1,2 She married Very Rev. Hon. William Digby, son of Hon. Edward Digby and Charlotte Fox, on 14 April 1766.2 She died on 27 June 1791.1
     Her married name became Digby.

     Joseph Cox was born on 12 February 1698.2 He was the son of Joseph Cox and Judtih (?)2 He was baptised on 14 February 1698 at Stanford-in-the-Vale, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He married Katharine Sophia Herbert, daughter of John Sheffield, 1st Duke of the County of Buckingham and of Normanby and Frances Stewart, on 29 June 1734.2 He died circa 14 May 1753.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 6 November 1753.2 He was buried on 17 May 1753 at Stanford-in-the-Vale, Berkshire, EnglandG.2
     He lived at Stanford-in-the-Vale, Berkshire, England.3 His last will was dated 8 January 1742.2

     Sir Kenelm Edward Digby was born on 9 September 1836 at Wotton under Edge, Gloucestershire, England.1,2 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Kenelm Henry Digby and Caroline Sheppard.1 He married Hon. Caroline Strutt, daughter of Edward Strutt, 1st Baron Belper and Amelia Harriet Otter, on 30 August 1870 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1,2 He died on 21 April 1916 at age 79 at Bankes Arms Hotel, Studland, Dorset, England.1,2
     He was a practising barrister in 1865.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.1 He held the office of Bencher of Lincoln's Inn in 1891.1 He held the office of Judge of the County Court between 1892 and 1895.1 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Hone Department between 1895 and 1903.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)1 He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1904.1
