     Thomas Buller Bradshaw was born in 1866. He was the son of Frank Bradshaw and Emmeline Buller. He married Mildred Isabella Tritton, daughter of Henry John Tritton and Anna Isabella Buller, on 15 July 1908.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Volunteer Battalion, Hampshire Regiment. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon. He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England. He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal defence Corps. He lived at Lifton Park, Devon, England.1

     From 20 April 1892, her married name became Radcliffe.
