     Hon. Charlotte Talbot was the daughter of Colonel Richard Talbot and Margaret O'Reilly, Baroness Talbot of Malahide.2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. John Mervyn Cutcliffe on 4 July 1808.1 She married, secondly, Gerald Fitzgerald on 15 November 1827.1 She died on 9 November 1863 at Firs, Binfield, Berkshire, England, without issue.1,3
     From 4 July 1808, her married name became Cutcliffe. From 15 November 1827, her married name became Fitzgerald.1 She wrote the book A Universal Character, published 1836.1
