     Thomas Fitzherbert was the son of Ralph FitzHerbert and Elizabeth Marshall.2 He died in 1532, unmarried.1
     He graduated in 1500 with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He was Rector between 1500 and 1518 at Norbury, Derbyshire, England.1 He held the office of Prebendary of Lichfield in 1513.1

William Fitzherbert1

     William Fitzherbert is the son of Ralph FitzHerbert and Elizabeth Marshall.2
     He was Rector in 1476 at Wrington, Somerset, England.1 He held the office of Prebendary of Hereford in 1482.1 He was Rector in 1498 at St. Magnus, London, England.1 He held the office of Prebendary of Lincoln in 1506.1

Sir Thomas Fitzherbert1

     Sir Thomas Fitzherbert was the son of Sir Anthony FitzHerbert and Mathilda Cotton.2 He married Anne Eyre, daughter of Sir Arthur Eyre, in 1534.1 He died on 1 December 1591, without issue Tower of London.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Staffordshire in 1547.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Staffordshire in 1555.1 He lived at Norbury, Derbyshire, England.1
