Sir Oliver Christopher Anderson Scott, 3rd Bt. was born on 6 November 1922.1 He was the son of Sir Samuel Haslam Scott, 2nd Bt. and Nancy Lilian Anderson.2 He married Phoebe-Anne Tolhurst, daughter of Desmond O'Neill Tolhurst and Kathleen Anna Parshall, on 19 May 1951.1 He died on 4 November 2016 at age 93.3
