     Colonel Archibald Impey-Lovibond was born in 1823.1 He was the son of Edward Impey and Julie Adeline Antoinette de l'Etang.1 He married, firstly, Harriot Gladwin Duppa, daughter of Baldwin Duppa Duppa and Mary Gladwin, on 4 April 1846 at St. james, Dover, kent, England.1 He married, secondly, Clara Prudence Hanks, daughter of Francis Hanks and Prudence Birkbeck, on 25 July 1854 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1 He died in 1897.
     He was given the name of Archibald Impey at birth. He fought in the Indian Mutiny. He fought in the Sikkim Expedition in 1860. In 1872 his name was legally changed to Archibald Impey-Lovibond by Royal Licence. He lived at Newhall, Ardleigh, Essex, England. He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Essex.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Bengal Engineers.1

     Captain Tynte Ford Hammill was born in 1852 at Bridgwater, Somerset, England.1 He was the son of John Baptiste Hammill and Mary Jane Ford.1 He married Anne Schomberg, daughter of Rear-Admiral Charles Frederick Schomberg and Helen Hartshorne, on 22 December 1885 at St. Michael's Church, Blackheath Park, London, England.1 He died on 1 July 1894 at Haslar Hospital, Gosport, Hampshire, England.1
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1
