     Frances Jane Rodney was born in 1820 at Chertsey, Surrey, England.2 She was the daughter of Hon. Mortimer Rodney and Sarah Burton Withy.3 She married Baldwin John Pollexfen Bastard, son of Edmund Pollexfen Bastard and Hon. Anne Jane Rodney, on 16 October 1861.1 She died on 2 February 1914, without issue.1
     From 16 October 1861, her married name became Bastard.

     Baldwin John Pollexfen Bastard was baptised on 5 May 1830 at St. Martin in the Fields, Westminster, London, England.2 He was the son of Edmund Pollexfen Bastard and Hon. Anne Jane Rodney.2 He married Frances Jane Rodney, daughter of Hon. Mortimer Rodney and Sarah Burton Withy, on 16 October 1861.1 He died on 22 October 1905 at age 75 at Newton Abbot, Devon, England.2
     He lived at Kitley, Devon, England.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.2

     Hon. William Powell Rodney was born on 1 July 1794.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Rodney, 2nd Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke and Anne Harley.2 He married Elizabeth Brown, daughter of Thomas Brown, on 26 October 1824.1 He died on 27 August 1878 at age 84.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Monmouthshire in 1860.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Llanvihangel Court, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales.1 He also had two other daughters, who died unmarried.1

     From 26 October 1824, her married name became Rodney.

     William Powell Rodney was born on 20 September 1829.1 He was the son of Hon. William Powell Rodney and Elizabeth Brown.2 He married Diana Hotham Lubbock, daughter of Sir John William Lubbock, 3rd Bt. and Harriet Hotham, on 11 September 1856.1 He died on 19 June 1868 at age 38.1
     He also had three other daughters, who died unmarried.1
