Frances Jane Rodney was born in 1820 at Chertsey, Surrey, England.2 She was the daughter of Hon. Mortimer Rodney and Sarah Burton Withy.3 She married Baldwin John Pollexfen Bastard, son of Edmund Pollexfen Bastard and Hon. Anne Jane Rodney, on 16 October 1861.1 She died on 2 February 1914, without issue.1
