     Jean Balls is the daughter of John William Balls.2 She married Sir Berkeley Henry Sebastian Pigott, 5th Bt., son of Sir Berkeley Pigott, 4th Bt. and Christabel Charlotte Bowden-Smith, on 4 September 1954.1
     Jean Balls also went by the nick-name of Olive.1 From 4 September 1954, her married name became Pigott.1

     Sir David John Berkeley Pigott, 6th Bt. was born on 16 August 1955.1 He is the son of Sir Berkeley Henry Sebastian Pigott, 5th Bt. and Jean Balls.2 He married, firstly, Alison Fletcher in 1981.1 He and Alison Fletcher were divorced in 1984.1 He married, secondly, Julie Wiffen, daughter of Eric Gordon Wiffen, on 19 November 1986.1
     He was educated at Moor Park School, Ludlow, Shropshire, England.1 He was educated at Hurn Court School, Bournemouth, Dorset, England.1 He lived at 91 Bellemoor Road, Upper Shirley, Hampshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Pigott, of Knapton, co. Laois [U.K., 1808] on 6 August 2017.3
