     Sir George Robson Palmer, 2nd Bt. was born on 5 January 1849.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt. and Jane Robson.2 He died on 23 August 1910 at age 61, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Palmer, of Grinkle Park, co. York and of Newcastle-under-Tyne [U.K., 1886] on 4 June 1907.1

     Augusta Mary Lambert was the daughter of Alfred Lambert.2 She married Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt., son of George Palmer and Maria Taylor, on 4 July 1867.1 She died on 2 December 1875.1
     From 4 July 1867, her married name became Palmer.1

     Claude Bowes Palmer was born on 29 March 1868.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt. and Augusta Mary Lambert.2 He married Marian Ramsey, daughter of Edward Charlton Ramsey, on 20 October 1897.1 He died on 7 April 1949 at age 81.1
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He was educated abroad.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for County Durham.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Lieutenant-Colone in the Royal Army Medical Corps.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Army Motor Reserve.1 He was Commander of the St John's Ambulance Brigade.1 He was with the British and French Red Cross during the First World War.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.1 He was appointed Knight of Justice, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.J.St.J.)1

     Marian Ramsey was the daughter of Edward Charlton Ramsey.1 She married, firstly, Edmund Jenkins.1 She married, secondly, Claude Bowes Palmer, son of Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt. and Augusta Mary Lambert, on 20 October 1897.1 She died on 9 September 1952.1
     Her married name became Jenkins.1 From 20 October 1897, her married name became Palmer.1 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 She was appointed Associate, Royal Red Cross (A.R.R.C.)1 She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)1 She was awarded the Order of Queen Elisabeth of Belgium in 1905.1

     From 6 February 1893, her married name became Palmer.1
