     Major Bartle Grant was born in 1855.¹ He was the son of John Peter Grant, 11th of Rothiemurchus and Henrietta Isabella Phillipa Chichele Plowden.¹ He married Ethel Isabel McNeil in 1884 at Gurdaspur, India.¹ He died in 1978.¹

     Frances Elinor Grant is the daughter of John Peter Grant, 11th of Rothiemurchus and Henrietta Isabella Phillipa Chichele Plowden.² She married James William Wedderburn, son of Andrew Colville and Hon. Mary Louisa Eden, on 13 April 1857.¹
      From 13 April 1857, her married name became Wedderburn.

     Andrew John Wedderburn Wedderburn was born on 30 January 1859.¹ He was the son of James William Wedderburn and Frances Elinor Grant.² He died on 5 November 1876 at age 17.¹
