     Sir John Livingston of Kinnaird, 1st Bt. was the son of Sir John Livingston of Abercorn and Elizabeth Carmichael.² He married Jane Sproxton, daughter of Richard Sproxton, on 7 February 1618/19.¹ He died circa 9 March 1627/28.¹ He was buried on 12 March 1627/28.¹
     He held the office of Groom of the Bedchamber to King James VI.¹ He was Clerk of Market to King Charles I.¹ On 26 March 1613 he had charter of the territorial Barony of Kinnaird.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Livingston, of Kinnaird, co. Fife [Nova Scotia] on 29 June 1627, with special remainder to his his heirs male whatsoever.¹

     Richard Sproxton was Steward of the Star Chamber.¹ He lived at Wakefield, Yorkshire, West Riding, England.¹

     Jane Sproxton was the daughter of Richard Sproxton.² She married, firstly, William Marwood before 1618.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Livingston of Kinnaird, 1st Bt., son of Sir John Livingston of Abercorn and Elizabeth Carmichael, on 7 February 1618/19.¹ She married, thirdly, Edward Gorges, 1st Baron Gorges before 1645.¹ She died circa 12 May 1665.¹ She was buried on 15 May 1665.¹
     From before 1618, her married name became Marwood.¹ From 7 February 1618/19, her married name became Livingston. From before 1645, her married name became Gorges.¹

     Evelyn Charlotte Wilhelmina Feilden was born in 1863 at Dulas, Herefordshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Feilden and Louisa Willis Fielden.¹ She married General Sir Reginald Ramsay Gipps on 3 August 1886 at Cheshire, England.¹ She died on 5 January 1914 at Cannes, France.¹
     From 3 August 1886, her married name became Gipps.¹

     John Newport married Dorothy Hatton, daughter of William Hatton and Alice Saunders.¹

     Eliza Stevenson-Hamilton is the daughter of John Edward Olmar Stevenson-Hamilton and Clare Pooley.¹

     General Sir Reginald Ramsay Gipps was born on 14 May 1831.² He married Evelyn Charlotte Wilhelmina Feilden, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Feilden and Louisa Willis Fielden, on 3 August 1886 at Cheshire, England.¹ He died on 10 September 1908 at age 77.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He fought in the Battle of Alma, where he was bayoneted in the hand.² He fought in the Battle of Inkerman, where he was wounded in the neck.² He fought in the Siege of Sevastopol.²

     Reginald Nigel Gipps was born in 1892 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ He was the son of General Sir Reginald Ramsay Gipps and Evelyn Charlotte Wilhelmina Feilden.¹

     Evelyn Louisa Gipps was born on 23 May 1891 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of General Sir Reginald Ramsay Gipps and Evelyn Charlotte Wilhelmina Feilden.¹ She married Malcolm Romer in 1914 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ She died on 1 February 1963 at age 71.¹
     From 1914, her married name became Romer.¹

     George Lancelot Gipps was born in 1893 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ He was the son of General Sir Reginald Ramsay Gipps and Evelyn Charlotte Wilhelmina Feilden.¹ He died on 26 January 1914 at Larkhill, Salisbury Plain, Wiltshire, England, in an aircraft training accident.¹
