     Jannet Guthrie was the daughter of Colonel James Guthrie of Guthrie and Margaret Turnbull.¹ She married John Hynes.¹
     Her married name became Hynes.¹

     John Ogilvy is the son of David Ogilvy, 6th of Inverquharity.¹

     Thomas Beach married Helen Hynes, daughter of John Hynes and Jannet Guthrie.¹
     He held the office of Chief Justice.¹

     Elizabeth Guthrie was the daughter of John Hynes and Jannet Guthrie.¹ She married Goodin Elletson.¹ She died on 31 August 1760.¹
     Her married name became Elletson.¹

     Colonel Montague James was born on 12 February 1713.² He was the son of Colonel Richard James and Mary Partridge.² He married, secondly, Lucy Torrent.² He married, firstly, Mary Haughton, daughter of Philip Haughton and Catherine Tharpe, on 2 April 1754 at Hanover, Jamaica.¹ He died in 1776.²
