     Emma Mary Elliot was born in 1831 at London, England.2 She was the daughter of Very Rev. Gilbert Elliot and Williamina Brydore.1 She married Montagu Blackett on 4 September 1862.1 She died in 1887 at Poole, Dorset, England.2
     From 4 September 1862, her married name became Blackett.1

     Frances Victoria Dickinson was born on 6 March 1820 at Swallowfield, Berkshire, England.3 She was the daughter of Charles Dickinson and Catherine Allingham.1,4 She was baptised on 17 April 1820 at Swallowfield, Berkshire, England.2 She married, firstly, John Edward Geils on 8 October 1838 at Swallowfield, Berkshire, England.1,2 She and John Edward Geils were divorced in 1855 at Scotland.2 She married, secondly, Very Rev. Gilbert Elliot, son of Rt. Hon. Hugh Elliot and Margaret Jones, in November 1863.1 She and Very Rev. Gilbert Elliot were separated circa 1866.3 She died on 26 October 1898 at age 78 at Palazzo Chigi, Siena, Italy.3 She was buried at Protestant Cemetery, Rome, Italy.3
     From 8 October 1838, her married name became Geils.1,2 From November 1863, her married name became Elliot.1 She wrote the book Old Court Life in France, published 1873.3 She wrote the book Roman Gossip, published 1896.2

     John Edward Geils was born circa 1815 at Scotland.3 He married Frances Victoria Dickinson, daughter of Charles Dickinson and Catherine Allingham, on 8 October 1838 at Swallowfield, Berkshire, England.1,2 He and Frances Victoria Dickinson were divorced in 1855 at Scotland.2 He died before 1863.1

     Hugh Hislop Elliot was born in 1831.2 He was the son of Admiral Sir Charles Elliot and Clara Genevieve Windsor.1 He married Louise Sidnoie Perrin on 15 March 1860 at Byculla, Bombay, India.2 He died in 1861, unmarried.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Bombay Light Cavalry.2
