     Henry Townshend Boultbee was born on 3 March 1827.1 He was the son of Joseph Moore Boultbee and Lady Elizabeth Margaret Townshend.1 He married, firstly, Juliana Mary Caroline Dixie, daughter of Sir Willoughby Wolstan Dixie, 7th Bt., on 30 August 1856.1 He married, secondly, Catharine Clara Cradock, daughter of Thomas Cradock, in 1887.1 He died on 10 December 1903 at age 76.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Artillery.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Warwickshire.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1865.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Warwickshire.1 He lived at Springfield House, Warwickshire, England.1
