     Katherine Elizabeth Skene is the daughter of George Skene of Rubislaw and Georgina Munro.1 She married George Chancellor, son of Alexander Chancellor and Helen Hamilton Robertson, on 20 June 1861.1,2
     From 20 June 1861, her married name became Chancellor.1
