Sir Cecil Edward Bingham was born on 7 December 1861.1 He was the son of Charles George Bingham, 4th Earl of Lucan and Lady Cecilia Catherine Gordon-Lennox.1 He married, firstly, Rose Ellinor Guthrie, daughter of James Alexander Guthrie, on 28 June 1884.1 He married, secondly, Alys Elizabeth Carr, daughter of Colonel Henry Montgomery Carr, on 3 February 1911.1 He died on 31 May 1934 at age 72.1
Maj.-Gen. Hon.
