     John Vavasseur Fisher, 3rd Baron Fisher was born on 24 July 1921. He is the son of Cecil Vavasseur Fisher, 2nd Baron Fisher and Jane Morgan. He married, firstly, Elizabeth Anne Penelope Holt, daughter of Major Herbert P. Holt, on 25 July 1949. He and Elizabeth Anne Penelope Holt were divorced in 1969. He married, secondly, Hon. Rosamund Ann Clifford, daughter of Lewis Joseph Hugh Clifford, 12th Baron Clifford of Chudleigh and Amy Webster, in 1970.1
     John Vavasseur Fisher, 3rd Baron Fisher gained the title of 3rd Baron Fisher.

     Elizabeth Anne Penelope Holt is the daughter of Major Herbert P. Holt. She married John Vavasseur Fisher, 3rd Baron Fisher, son of Cecil Vavasseur Fisher, 2nd Baron Fisher and Jane Morgan, on 25 July 1949. She and John Vavasseur Fisher, 3rd Baron Fisher were divorced in 1969.
     Her married name became Fisher.
