     Sir Robert Mordaunt, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir L'Estrange Mordaunt, 1st Bt. and Frances Cheeke.2 He married Amy Sotherton, daughter of Sir Austin Sotherton, in 1614.1 He died on 23 August 1638.1
     He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Mordaunt.1 In 1618 knighted.1
