     Tessa Jane Norris was the daughter of Wilfred Francis Norris.2 She married David George Staveley Penny, 3rd Viscount Marchwood, son of Peter George Penny, 2nd Viscount Marchwood and Pamela Colton-Fox, on 26 September 1964.1 She died on 17 August 1997.1
     From 26 September 1964, her married name became Penny. After her marriage, Tessa Jane Norris was styled as Viscountess Marchwood on 6 April 1979.

     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was director of Staveley plc in 1996.1 He lived in 2003 at 44 Elsynge Road, London, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Marchwood, of Penang, and of Marchwood, co. Southampton [U.K., 1945] on 3 October 2022.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Marchwood, of Penang, and of Marchwood, co. Southampton [U.K., 1937] on 3 October 2022.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Penny [U.K., 1934] on 3 October 2022.3

     Brigadier Arthur John Henry Bourke was born on 9 May 1897.1 He was the son of Arthur Edward Desborough Bourke and Maude Margaret Mahon.1 He died on 12 January 1986 at age 88, without issue.1
     He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Connaught Rangers.1 He fought in the Afghanistan Campaign in 1919.1 He fought in the Waziristan Campaign between 1919 and 1921.1 He fought in the Waziristan Campaign between 1936 and 1938, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 4th/8th Punjab Regiment between 1938 and 1941.1 He fought in the Second World War, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Indian Army.1
